Gyoda Jelly Fries (B-grade Gourmet)

Jelly Fries sound so weird and disgusting, but this is just a name of a fried food which is made from potatoes, carrots, green onions and "okara" (bean curd refuse).


They fry it without batter.


This is made into a shape of oval gold coin and called it as "銭 / Zeni (means coin) Fry" but it became to be called "Jelly Fry" as the time goes by.


This is created under supervision of Gyoda Jelly Fry Society of Gyoda-city from Saitama prefecture.
